Rent and Pack is a Canadian company founded by Julia Wiggett, a Brazilian who has lived in London - Ontario for 12 years and is passionate about the city. Julia worked at an international student recruitment company, where she noticed the challenges international students and their families faced to rent properties in the city.
Knowing what it is like to move to a new country, she started to help people who arrived in the city to search for their new homes, in addition to sharing all her experience with the newcomers.
Over the years, the activity became more and more recurrent and that's how Rent and Pack was founded - a company that offers assistance in finding rental properties in the city of London, Ontario since 2016. The company's main goal is to find a property that will meet the needs of the clients and make them feel at home when they arrive in the city.
Julia has a vast knowledge in the leasing market, which came from her experience working as a real estate agent in the city, in addition, she also counts with the support of her husband, Steve Wiggett, who is a real estate agent in London with 35 years of experience in the real estate market.
